About LSpraxis
Though new customer engagement models in pharma are redefining the way pharma interacts with stakeholders, scientific content remains a pillar of successful tactical plans. At LSPraxis, we are ex-big pharma executives which allows us to deeply understand brands’ challenges and to offer solutions aligned with strategic objectives. We blend strategy, scientific evidence, tactical partnership, and stakeholders’ affinity: we call it the StratScience approach. As a boutique agency, where the person of contact is the person who is actually developing the project, we have applied the StratScience approach to multiple pharma projects at global, regional and country level. Some examples of StratScience approach LSPraxis organized working sessions with international haemophilia experts to develop a consensus on behalf of a biopharma global team. It was published in the journal Haemophilia and became pivotal in achieving the client's main strategic imperative. LSPraxis co-created the tactical plan for a new cardiovascular drug in Spain. We contributed to the definition of the brand target space (HCP & Patient segments) and we developed the message platform used for the customer engagement plans (multichannel components, promotional materials and content for scientific events). LSPraxis developed the customer journey for a new vaccine based on customer insights. The findings helped identify the activation points, prioritise tactics and develop key messages.
