About LT Commercial Group

LT Commercial Group is a commercial real estate brokerage that specializes in retail tenant representation, landlord representation, and investment sales & purchases. We provide a high level of transparency and provide excellent customer service on a daily basis for each of our clients. We have continued to grow and serve the Austin community with a special focus on small businesses. With our help, dozens of small businesses have been able to find locations and make investments. It has been our aim to assist Asian business owners. When they encounter language barriers and confusion about contracts or leases, we are here to help them every step of the way. We help them understand and assist them in negotiations with landlords and communicate with city officials so their business can open as soon as possible. Our female minority-led team has risen from simply being minority females with so many challenges in the industry. As of today, we are able to help our clients close more deals regularly with major commercial real estate firms. In 2018, we closed over $28 million in deals! We still hold true to our beginnings and continue to take an active role in advocating for small business owners and in the Asian community as a whole. English and Vietnamese are spoken at this office.
