LTC Technologies was founded by Isaac Jungreis in order to fill a big gap that the long term health community has been facing with their technology needs. Some of the many issues include: multiple vendors providing overlapping accounts, being billed for services out of use, not knowing who to call in case of an outage, quality issues with lack of support, unmanaged infrastructure and costly repairs on aged equipment. LTC has helped businesses in 33 states by working with the relevant carriers and providers to consolidate services, while eliminating out of use lines & circuits. We replace outdated or overpriced plans with the most sophisticated and current technologies available. LTC assists in the canceling and the cleanup of replaced accounts. Most importantly, even though LTC generally is not a direct provider, LTC maintains a staff of skilled technicians, who can help troubleshoot issues and open tickets, both during and after business hours. LTC uses their vast carrier connections to escalate and expedite repairs in an efficient manner.
