We are an SME that is 100% female owned and 80% black. We provide Human Resources Management Outsourcing Services, Change Management Consulting, Payroll Management, Recruitment and Training Services. Our Outsourcing Team are experts in managing HR Centres of Excellence, we are well qualified individuals who has held, Senior Management, General Management, Executive and Director positions in Corporate SA. In total, our team has combined experience in access of 120 years, we are well versed with all Labour Legislation and have substantial experience in all HR Processes and Procedures. We have all Designed, Implemented and Managed various HR Policies, Processes and Practices in the course of our own employment and as consultants to various clients. Our Consulting offerings include the provisioning of Organisational Design & Development, Change Management, Performance Management and Employee Engagement solutions and consulting services. Our Human Resources Outsourcing Services provide organisations the opportunity to outsource parts of their HR value chain. We enable organisations to outsource Centre of Excellence functions such as Performance Management, Employee Relations Management, Employment Equity Management and Reporting, Skills Development Implementation and Reporting, Change Management and Recruitment (Talent Acquisition). Our Consulting Team believes that we can enable any organisation to champion change, through the provisioning of quality, co-crafted: processes, tools and techniques. We enable change leadership, train change champions and facilitated change processes. Our Team is committed to build organisational development and change management expertise and capacity within the client organisation.
