We, Lualo Studio, are a cause-driven creative studio committed to amplifying movements, socially impactful businesses, and grass-root organizations. Our intentional workshops, films, and interactive events engage the audience in artmaking/creating, to sculpt the world we imagine for future generations. –OUR PILLARS– CULTURE establishes the lens we view the world, what is acceptable, and how our identities fit in the context of our surroundings. HEALING requires both looking within ourselves and our communities to create a safe space where shared struggles can be unpacked and established systems can be questioned. EMBODIMENT grounds us, both physically and communally within the society we inhabit. STORYTELLING allows us to openly share our lived experiences through different mediums; between past, present, and future. COLLABORATION prevents exclusion and asks us to look beyond our immediate circle for liberation. –OUR OFFERINGS– MOVEMENT BUILDING: We consult with your team for best practices on creating waves sustainably. Whether that means internally between staff, or outwardly toward your audience, all bases are covered. FILM & STORYTELLING: Through arts activism, we are changing dominant narratives by uplifting unheard communities and causes. We work with you to tell your stories clearly, intentionally, and artfully. INTERACTIVE EVENTS: To fully engage your team or community, we host immersive, interactive events –empowering the community to apply art to engage in local history and public dialogue.
