What is Lucida Moss? Lucida means light. Moss, as we know, grows in damp habitats reprodicing , it brings a sense of comfort, like a giant natural matress, a bed for the fairies. Lucida Moss combines wellness through art. Let me tell you about my background: I decided to create this section inspired by my wellness upbringing. Recentelty I have completed my Yoga Teacher Certification. My journey began with a deep love for art, which has remained a central thread throughout my life. Over the years, I’ve explored painting not just as a form of expression, but also as a therapeutic tool for healing and self-discovery. My art career has allowed me to connect with people on a deep emotional level, and I continue to explore body painting as a way to promote self-love and empowerment discovering the Goddess within yourself. Alongside my artistic path, I’ve pursued personal growth and holistic healing through various disciplines. I completed several levels of Reiki Training, which opened up my sensitivity to energy work and deepened my connection to the subtle layers of the self. Most recently, I traveled to India to complete a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh. This immersive experience not only solidified my foundation in yoga and meditation but also broadened my understanding of the mind-body-spirit connection. It was a transformative time that reinforced my dedication to living mindfully and sharing these tools with others. Through a mix of art, healing, and mindfulness, I strive to inspire others to explore their inner world and embrace their authentic selves with wellness and expression. “Creativity is the missing pillar of self-development”, those were one of the true words by Amie McNee. We can combine through colours and shapes that will balance our wellbeing.
