The international advisory board consists of leading researchers in Switzerland and abroad, legal, marketing, communications and food&beverage professionals. The approach is highly scalable through the construction of modular breeding facilities in existing buildings and facilities, close to where the final products are needed, pricing is competitive. Profit is generated through the sales of shrimp for the F&B industry, the construction of modular aquacultures for third-parties as well as the sales of larvae.
