Luft Enterprises provides subject matter expert services in support of Global Corporate Real Estate with respect to space and occupancy management solutions. Primarily focused in Canada (incorporated 1997) and the United States (incorporated 1998), we offer cradle to grave support for large portfolio space users (>1 million square feet) with multiple locations and complex data structures. Our custom space management solutions include: (1) providing back-office support for the creation and updating of space modules in corporate IWMS solutions; (2) building custom space and occupancy management databases to perform custom space allocation calculations, generate customized metrics ($ per square foot, $ per person, total occupancy, total capacity, etc.), and incorporate enterprise data integrations including lease, transactions, business hierarchies, HR feeds, seat/neighborhood reservation feeds, security badge feeds, room utilization feeds, and AutoCAD drawing integration feeds; (3) producing custom management graphics (.pdf or .dwf) and BI dashboards (Qlik, Tableau) including market/regional data views; mapping; allocations by Asset Manager, Facility Manager; stacking plans by property/city, etc.; (4) reviewing enterprise data flows and participating in engineering/updating processes to ensure continuously accurate data; (4) producing life safety/fire exit plans; (5) performing on-site audits and utilization studies to confirm seat usage and occupancy data; and (6) performing on-site surveys to validate existing drawing accuracy and update/create digital CAD floor plans. Delivering exceptional service to our clients for over 20 years, we can assist in implementing current space measurement standards and allocation rules, including implementing the recently released BOMA 2017 Standard (ANSI/BOMA Z65.1-2017), and enforcing corporate standards across an entire property portfolio.
