I am a Virtual Assistant based in Bournemouth, Dorset, with over 20 years’ Executive Assistant experience at Chief Executive, Chief Financial Officer and Board level, working for a FTSE 100 company in the aerospace and engineering sector. Prior to that I spent over ten years at a major accountancy practice in London, supporting staff up to and including Partner level. I provide the full range of EA/PA support including diary management, travel planning and booking (including visa applications), email management, production of reports and presentations, transcription, proof reading, expenses management, general administrative assistance and personal/lifestyle management. In short, I will ensure that you are where you need to be, when you need to be there, with the all the information that you need. My clients are predominantly Non-Executive Directors with portfolios who work with me to ensure efficient and effective use of their valuable time. This enables them to focus their attention on the companies that they work for. I also provide small businesses with ad hoc admin assistance, dealing with day-to-day tasks which gives them back time to dedicate to their clients and concentrate on growing their business. I work on a “pay as you go” or a retainer basis, meaning that you can benefit from my skills and experience according to your budget, with no overheads. I will bring a personalised, bespoke service to your business; tailored to your needs and am adept at working across multiple time zones, so you need not be UK based to take advantage of my expertise. Although based on the South Coast, I would be happy to travel if you would feel more comfortable with the occasional meeting. My aim is to take away the stress of organising a busy schedule by dealing with the important but tedious and time-consuming tasks; thus improving my clients’ work/life balance enabling them to grow their business / concentrate on their passion and enjoy life.
