Lumara Integrative Health is a telehealth psychology practice dedicated to trauma-informed, integrative care for adults across Illinois. We support individuals navigating chronic illness, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, identity exploration, and major life transitions—meeting complexity with depth, compassion, and clarity. Our approach integrates psychotherapy with mind-body awareness, ecological sensitivity, and cultural humility.
