About Lumen Academy

Lumen Academy is a state-of-the-art non-profit private school designed specifically for youth diagnosed with neurodivergence such as autism, ADHD, ADD, and 2e. We provide a unique one-to-one learning environment that encourages the empowerment of neurodiverse youth in K-6th grade to discover their highest potential and champions their contribution to society. Our school is designed to not just accommodate neurodiverse children, but is built from the ground-up based on an understanding of how their brains function so that we preserve and empower their strengths while also providing what they need to overcome their challenges. We provide evidence-based therapies, multidisciplinary/holistic interventions and most importantly a positive, compassionate, and highly individualized learning environment. Evidence-based therapies that provide highly individualized education, such as Applied Behavior Analysis, are helping countless children overcome profound social and behavioral obstacles in order to lead healthy, fulfilling lives. By leveraging the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and providing a motivating, nurturing one-on-one classroom environment we will help your child find and develop their own unique gifts while preparing them for the world ahead of them. Lumen Academy strives to be a leader in our community by integrating research-based academics and therapeutic strategies.
