About Luna & Avery

Luna & Avery is born from a love of print. All our scarves are made from 100% silk, and are designed, printed and sewn in the United Kingdom. This reduces the carbon footprint of our products, and provides jobs for people living in the UK. We visit all our factories to ensure that everyone involved in the production of our products are fairly paid and working in a safe environment. Our scarves are digitally printed which is an eco-friendlier printing process. Less water, less ink, fewer chemicals, and less energy are required. Waste fabric from production is recycled and used for bioenergy to create heat sources and electricity. All printing inks are Azo free. We are working to ensure that our packaging is as environmentally friendly as possible. Our gift boxes and postage boxes are made in the UK from FSC accredited boards and papers. We are a young brand and are learning as we go, but we are committed to producing products that are eco friendly with as little environmental impact as possible. We are champions of slow fashion, and hope that our scarves will be worn and enjoyed for many years to come.
