Lunchbox is the first turnkey Lunch & Learn Booking Service. We find L&L prospects, schedule the event and manage the entire process without any impact to your sales organization (other than showing up to present). What We Do Promote & Prospect We create custom landing pages on the LunchBox website, dedicated to your Lunch and Learn program, along with targeted marketing campaigns that drive prospects to your pages. Scheduling We will create custom Scheduling pages that connect directly to your presenter’s calendar so prospects can schedule L&Ls based on your presenters availability. Coordinate Lunch We work with your prospect to get the expected attendee count and place the lunch order. Lunch is delivered to the L&L location and charged to your company credit card for convenience. Track Attendees All Prospect firms are provided with a cloud-based, attendee sheet to make it easy to sign up and track attendees for your L&L. This sheet is also used as a sign in sheet to confirm attendance and request the AIA Certificates after the presentation. Provide AIA Certificates Once attendance is confirmed, the Attendee Sheet link will be provided to the vendor so they can provide the AIA Certificates. LunchBox will electronically deliver the certificates directly to the attendees. Deliver Leads We capture the attendee Information from the Attendee Sheets and export the leads to your CRM or provide a file of your choice. The leads are all “Opted-in” during the process so you are able to market to them directly. Track Performance We track all of your L&L metrics via Custom Dashboards and provide them to you monthly.
