About Lutheran Services of Georgia
Founded in 1981 in response to community concerns, LSG’s first two programs were Refugee Resettlement and Adoption in Atlanta. Since then, LSG has steadily expanded its portfolio of programs and now serves clients in every county of metro Atlanta, and operates from offices in six additional cities across Georgia including Albany, Athens, Augusta, Columbus, Rome, and Savannah. LSG has touched the lives of more than 100,000 people through the years and has developed a reputation for excellence and quality in its work. LSG offers quality services to Georgia’s most vulnerable citizens without regard to age, creed, gender, origin, race, religion, or sexual orientation.
