Lutz Real Estate Investments (“LREI”) is a fully integrated real estate organization with a history that spans for more than fifty years. LREI set an acquisition goal of acquiring 1,000 beds per year, over the next five years. LREI targets somewhat older properties that are within walking distance to campus, at universities with at least 10,000 students and a favorable number of university controlled beds. To date, LREI owns and operates more than 2,900 beds at five major universities around the country. LREI continues to exuberantly pursue future existing asset purchases and aims to exceed the 5,000 bed goal within the five-year time frame as previously determined by the LREI executive team.
