Lux Academy is a Toronto-based art and technology school focusing on building industry-ready skills in traditional and digital media. Students can study advanced techniques or hone their fundamentals with our wide variety of workshops, courses, and programs, taught by certified teachers and industry professionals. Art and Technology As many art and design industries will rely more and more on technology as well as artistic skill, our focus is to train students in both high-tech and traditional media, keeping them up to date and competitive in an ever-changing creative landscape. A custom learning experience At Lux Academy, students can create a program that best suits their particular needs and learning styles. Our teachers can help students build their portfolios and work through the specific skills they need for the industry or media they wish to enter into. We offer a variety of courses from traditional drawing and painting to illustration, anatomy studies, digital art and design, UX and UI design and coding, each broken down into levels to provide a truly customizable learning experience.
