Luxome® operates a branded portfolio of premium rental properties in South Manchester & Salford. We cater for a niche profile which comprises of ambitious, aspiring students and recent graduates who are willing to pay extra for a “Luxury Living Experience.” In an effort to differentiate from the standard buy-to-let or purpose-built student accommodation provider, Luxome® delivers secure, high-quality accommodation with a focus on customer well-being. We aim to create an all-round supportive learning environment, which allows our customers to focus on what is important ie. their studies and future careers. Luxome® achieve this by offering a unique “holistic” offering with luxurious private accommodation at its core. We offer our customers access to enhanced support services, including comprehensive pastoral care, mental health support, health & well-being initiatives and careers advice, There is also a strong focus on customer engagement and after-care, which seeks to create a “Luxome® Community” where our customers feel secure & looked after. Within this community, we encourage our customers to be sociable, look after each-other and enjoy living together in a positive living environment,. We currently operate 30 fully-owned properties in South Manchester & Salford, and have a very focused & sustainable growth plan, supported by a solid financial standing, which will see us adding 6-8 quality properties per year. We also have plans to expand into new carefully-selected locations, which best support our focused business model.
