LW Recruiting Solutions is owned and operated by Lesley Whiting. I have diverse experience across the recruitment landscape, first as a temp before becoming a consultant and manager. After taking time off to raise my young family, and finding special needs education for my son, I returned to the workforce in multiple administration, payroll, and management roles. After exploring other opportunities, I realised my passion for recruitment and made my way back into the industry. Once I had completed 18 months with a large recruitment firm in Cambridge, I started my own agency closer to home. With extensive experience working for a national recruitment agency, I had the perfect skill set to branch out on my own. 1st Stop Recruitment traded in Haverhill for 22 years, with our name recently changing to LW Recruiting. I have over 30 years of industry experience, and there's nothing I love more than removing stress from the recruiting process. Our success is based on putting people first, with positive relationships built through honesty and trust. We have strong company values and enjoy helping people to achieve their dreams. With expert advice and industry knowledge, we build valuable partnerships between candidates and clients.
