We are a Singaporean construction group with expertise in Building Construction, Civil and Ground Engineering, Piling Works and Real Estate Development. For Building Construction, we have constructed numerous residential, industrial and commercial buildings in Singapore for both public and private sector projects. Lim Wen Heng Construction Pte Ltd is registered as an A1 contractor with BCA with unlimited tender limit for public sector projects. For Civil and Ground Engineering, our subsidiary Presscrete Engineering Pte Ltd provides services are categorized under 3 main branches, namely Ground Engineering Services, Tunnelling Services and Civil and Special Engineering Services. Founded in 1987, the company prides itself with our specialist knowledge and experience to provide the most appropriate and cost-effective solution for our clients. For Piling Works, our subsidiary JF Foundation Pte Ltd is a piling company with presence in Singapore and Malaysia. In Singapore, JF Foundation is registered as a L6 contractor for Piling Works with BCA and in Malaysia, JF Foundation (M) Sdn Bhd is registered as a G7 contractor for Piling Works in Malaysia. Since its incorporation, JF Foundation has delivered more than 100 successful for clients in Singapore and Malaysia. Both the Singapore and Malaysia company have unlimited tender limits. LWH Holdings ventured into Real Estate Development in 2005 with landed housing projects. Since then, we have engaged in many joint venture projects with our trusted partners such as ABR Holdings, Macly Group and Roxy-Pacific Holdings. Recent joint venture projects include Neu at Novena, The Iveria, and two upcoming projects at Lorong N Telok Kurau and Institution Hill.
