LXA was born from a desire to do things differently. We wanted to harness our passion for projects and create a company that allowed us to do things our way, cut through red tape, and get things done. In 2000, we established our first team in London, offering a service that made things happen fast. We provided no-nonsense, professional advice that clients could rely on and worked hard, really hard, to become the go-to people for some of the biggest brands in the world. As our business grew, we became increasingly excited about pushing boundaries. We wanted to replicate the success we’d achieved in the UK and expand into a market that was booming with potential, so our next adventure led us to Dubai. Since then, we’ve expanded further, with teams now in Manchester and Saudi Arabia. We bring ideas to life, offering clients a unique and extensive service across the Residential, Hospitality, Education, and Commercial sectors. Over the years, we’ve been proud to be involved in some landmark projects, such as Chelsea Barracks in London, a major residential development that blends luxury with historical significance, and Gigi Dubai, an exclusive restaurant & beach club renowned for its exceptional design and unforgettable experience.
