About LxLeaders

LxLeaders specialises in leadership training, coaching and consultancy, centred on a pragmatic approach to mindfulness in the workplace that has real impact – both at the individual and organisational level. Our evidence-based Core Programme for Leaders is a practical introduction to mindfulness techniques and is designed to enhance core leadership capabilities by increasing your leadership presence, clarity, compassion and emotional intelligence. LxLeaders was founded by Andrew McNeill and Annika Wager with the vision to grow more mindful organisations: organisations where leaders have presence and employees are engaged and empowered to do their best work. Mindfulness informs our work but is not limited by it. It is an approach that enables us to create the kind of change that forward-thinking organisations seek. The Core Programme for Leaders consists of eight real-time (online) sessions with time to apply and embed the techniques. In addition to the the group sessions, there is an individual session with each participant to ensure a personal approach. The programme is usually delivered live on line in small groups (10) of leaders or to a team within an organisation.
