LXN Architecture is an emerging Architecture and Design Studio operating in both Tasmania and South East Queensland. We specialise in contemporary and unique small to medium scale residential, commercial and retail projects. We provide full architectural and design services including brief development, schematic design through to documentation, tender and contract administration. We have proven experience working across a wide range of project that vary in scale and complexity; from furniture design and construction to multi-residential modular construction in remote locations. We are adept at managing consultant teams, liaising with local permit authorities and service providers. Our team provides a valuable range of experience, from high-end architectural design to construction/ project management and project delivery. We offer full Architectural Services including traditional Contract Administration services; in addition we provide design management and architectural consultancy services to building contractors. We understand that good management is essential to delivering projects both on time and on budget. We are experienced in the management of expert consultant teams from across all disciplines and ensure that every member of the project team is engaged with the economics and strategic vision of the client. As a practice we have accumulated a diverse portfolio of built work and project experience. This has resulted in a proven ability to understand our Client’s requirements and satisfy their due diligence processes around project delivery and control of risk.
