About Lydale Restoration - A Canstar Company
We're a disaster cleanup and restoration company servicing residential and commercial clients since 1978 serving Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon and Regina. Our experience equips us to handle disasters that affect you, while making sure your home and/or business get back to normal promptly. Our four locations have the expertise of a diverse range of skilled employees and the ability to respond to large losses like a widespread flood, or a single loss such as a warehouse fire. It also means having the resources, processes and staff in place to react immediately when disaster strikes, without compromising customer service and quality. Employee safety is extremely important to us. We have a full-time Safety Officer that oversees and visits each office on a regular basis and each office has a Safety Designate that handles routine safety items. We also employ a certified in-house trainer to ensure IICRC standards are met by all employees. We're certified to train insurance adjusters for continuing education credits, and have been the featured presenter at both Insurance Brokers Association of Saskatchewan and Insurance Brokers Association of Alberta conferences. The restoration of property and structures is very technical. The Lydale team go the extra mile to ensure customers and all persons involved understand the process, and what can be restored or must be replaced, while utilizing green technologies and the latest industry approved equipment.
