About LyfePsycle

LyfePsycle was created to help women become more resilient, confident, and in touch with their true selves in organisations, and beyond. The unique experience of being a woman throughout all stages of life is not well recognized or understood, especially in the workplace. LyfePsycle has set out to change this by helping women unlock their personal connection to their menstrual cycles, maternity lifecycle events, and menopause. We provide tools and training to help women live in sync with their natural cycles so that they can improve their mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing at work. Through workshops, bespoke training, and coaching programs informed by positive psychology, we take women on a journey of self-discovery that provides lasting, positive change in and out of the office. Life is cyclical. It’s time we all start embracing it.
