About Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development

I founded Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development to serve commercial buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, providing them with a full range of commercial brokerage and development services. We recently added Lyman Residential to serve home buyers and sellers along the Connecticut Shoreline. As CEO, I oversee all aspects of the firm’s commercial leasing, investment sales and development. We’re active as brokers throughout Connecticut, specializing in landlord leasing but also representing tenants. Our development experience helps brokerage clients meet the challenges they may run into during the buying, selling or leasing process. Our most recent development is the 148,000 SF Max’s Place Shopping Center on Spencer Plain Road and Route 1 in Old Saybrook. Anchored by a 55,500 SF Big Y super grocery store and a Kohl’s, its tenants include Five Guys, Pet Valu, Supercuts, T-Mobile and ULTA Beauty, to name a few. We also developed, own and manage Tyler Square, an 80,000 SF office/retail center in Willimantic. Tenants include: Connecticut Pathology Laboratories, EastConn, Sherwin-Williams, the State Judicial Department, VA and Social Security, New China Restaurant, AutoZone, Dollar Tree and Taco Bell. I’m a native of Southeastern Connecticut and live in Westbrook with my wife Jackie, a Lyman Residential agent, and three of my four boys. My oldest son, Tyler, lives in Stamford and is also in commercial real estate.
