The main analytical techniques implemented at LymeLab Pharma include: • Liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) • Liquid chromatography coupled with an ion trap and time-of-flight analyzer (LC-IT-TOF) • Gas chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) • Gas chromatography with a flame ionization detector combined with a headspace sampler (HS-GC-FID) • Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF/TOF) • Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) We conduct validation and determination of pesticide residues in vegetables, fruits and honey. We also specialize in analysing industrial hemp, non-industrial hemp and hemp resin for cannabinoid content, including delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol. Additionally, we detect residues of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), aflatoxins, heavy metals, volatile organic compounds, polyphenols, and terpenes. We have developed a method of synthesis of high-purity psilocybin and its derivatives. which are currently under numerous research on its psychoactive and therapeutic effect.
