I'm a body-oriented transpersonal therapist and life coach, and couples coach. I also teach iRest yoga nidra, a guided meditation practice that promotes deep relaxation and stress relief, open-minded self-inquiry, and reintegration of painful body sensations, emotions, thoughts and memories into the primordial wholeness that already exists within everyone. In addition, I'm a co-founder of Conflict Alchemy, a firm which offers consulting services, including workshops and trainings, in the fields of conflict prevention and conflict resolution. Our motto says that we help couples, families and organizations transform conflict into opportunity. My own work with couples is called CouplesAlchemy. I help couples experiencing either the "hot conflict" of open fighting, or the "colf conflict" of boredom, alienation and low desire, into genuine intimacy, passion and solid personhood.
