Lynden Transport provides multi-mode, full-service, regional, common and contract carrier services throughout the entire State of Alaska. Lynden Transport entered the market in 1954 when our trucks pioneered the newly completed Alcan highway and began providing scheduled over-the-road service to major Alaska communities. Today Alcan highway service is still available for truckload (TL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments, and Lynden Transport’s services have been expanded to include TL and LTL freight service via motor-water-motor routes using barges and ships as underlying carriers on marine highway routes. Lynden Transport is part of the Lynden family of companies® that provides transportation and logistics solutions in Alaska, Canada, the Pacific Northwest, Hawaii and around the world.
