A family company owned by David Lythgoe. Adam Lythgoe (Estates) Limited was founded in 1913. We are specialists in warehousing which a is primarily focused at our sites in Widnes, Cheshire and Perth, Scotland. The Shell Green Estate, in Widnes, was originally purchased in 1964 and buildings were erected to produce a specialist range of agricultural fertilisers specifically for grassland farmers. The site has since been converted into warehouses and office units, which are tenanted out. David Lythgoe Ltd. is a materials handling and warehousing company who offer tailor-made solutions for all of your handling, storage and distribution requirements. We specialise in receiving materials such as fine powders and aggregates in a variety states such as bulk and break bulk which can be stored and processed to suit your requirements. Services offered include storage, bagging, re-bagging, blending, solution mixing, tipper truck and tanker filling. We also have our own calibrated public weighbridge operated by Calstat Ltd. (part of our group) on site which is predominantly used to verify weights of incoming and outgoing loads. This is also frequently used by the general public for weighing cars, vans and RV's.
