✅ Consulting company with long-term experience in providing market research services, business and management consulting, as well as providing services related to the recruitment and selection of managers, specialist and experts. LZ Consult was founded in May 2016 by Lidija Zečić. The founder is an experienced consultant for the recruitment of managerial, expert and specialist personnel. During her 16-year long Executive Search career, she was successfully placing candidates in Croatia and the neighbourhood countries (Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia and Albania) while working with two leading Executive Search agencies based in Zagreb, PMC International and Antal International. Since its establishment in 2016, LZ Consult has specialized in the search and recruitment of managerial and expert personnel for jobs and sectors facing difficulties in recruitment due to insufficient number of available or interested candidates. Before starting her career in the recruitment, Lidija was professionally engaged in the humanitarian sector for 14 years, with the emphasis on the human rights work in the Protection division of the Geneva based International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) based in Geneva. During her last deployment in Sarajevo, she was responsible for the mission in BiH related to the tracing of missing persons and work with prisoners of war, as well as she was the reference person for missing persons issues in the ICRC’s operations worldwide.
