The close corporation, was founded in 2003 by Mr. Musawenkosi Xulu and Mr. Lucky Jabulani Mkhize. It is a 100% South African Black owned and controlled corporation by the previously disadvantaged members of the African community. They each have more than 15 years experience in their chosen disciplines namely Finance and Project Management respectively. The company has diversified and now offers a basket of standard and professional services. Our expertise is in the following areas of discipline: - • Construction Project Management Initiation, Briefing and Close Out Conceptualisation, Design Development and Feasibility Tender Documentation and Procurement Construction Documentation and Procurement • Quantity Surveying • Architecture • Civil Engineering • Structural Engineering The additional members are Mr. Alex Arko-Cobbah (QS), Ms. Phindile Pandy Mathe, Mr. Mike Mshali (Eng. Tech) and Mr. Themba Mekwa (Arch.) who are Professionals in their respective disciplines. The associate members who are paired are Mr. Thabo Ndwalane (Candidate QS) and Mr. Karabo Tsunke (Candidate Arch). All these professionals collectively have more than 30 years combined working experience in various projects. As a corporation, we have vast exposure in business management, project finance and funds management from well-known financial institutions, project management, quantity surveying and construction management, civil engineering and architecture in private consulting firms, mining and construction firms as well as the public sector.
