M.Arch Architects is a firm of passionate architects and designers, that use technology to mobilize and communicate your project into simple solutions of architecture. Our philosophy is that good design is good business. We weave technology into building production to save time, control quality control. We leverage our experience and knowledge of building construction to serve budget and project deadline needs are met. Our practice has perfected processes and procedures that will help mobilize design and construction teams into project realities. We achieve client goals by communicating a strong sense design with efficient structural, mechanical, and electrical building systems into comfortable occupied spaces. We deliver designs in traditional methods or with 3D BIM technology, offering renderings, animation, and even unifying these techniques into 4D scheduling, and 5D cost estimation services. Our advanced knowledge of BIM and construction experience has attracted the attention professional associations and several universities including American Institute of Architect, Building Smart Alliance, National Building Institute, Urban Land Institute, Columbia University, The New School, New York City College of Technology, Georgia Institute of Technology, New York Buildings construction conference, and NYU-Poly where March Chadwick teaches as an adjunct professor. Founded in 2003 our firm has significantly grown with development work throughout boroughs of New York and into a national practice. MArch is an experienced hands-on firm with a myriad of project accomplishments ranging from small scale residential to projects from the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, Boston's Central Artery Project, and New York City's 21st Real Estate economic expansion. We have executed commercial hotel and retail designs, university, and public institutional projects several of which have been awarded designs of excellence in building, landscaping, and urban design.
