MD&A has its primary office located in Burbank, California, and has a team of independent consultants based in other locations such as California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Texas and Florida. M.Delvin & Associates provides consulting services for all aspects of construction from project inception to project closeout. Services range from project schematics and planning to construction observations and project closeout. MD&A has unique experience in all types of construction projects and all aspects of management and evaluation including: vertical construction projects, land development projects; property condition surveys on various types of facilities; project due-diligence for new and active developments; project management for new construction and renovations, tenant improvements; portfolio assessments; and engineering services. MD&A is a registered Small Business, and this is one of its greatest assets by giving it the ability to provide personal customized service to each project, for each client. The full time staff combined with its network of independent consultants provides the ability to appropriately staff and respond to the unique requirements of each client or project. M.
