About M Denis Construction
M Denis Construction has been in the construction industry in South Florida since 2009. Mario Denis first started Franque and Denis Construction with a business partner during the 2008 recession. Despite this, the company not only survived but it grew to have 12 employees by the 5th year in operation. In 2019, Denis’s business partner retired, and this led Denis to open M Denis Construction. Joining the company as a partial owner, Ambarina Pernia brings extensive experience in marketing and the South Florida real estate market. She brings fresh new skills and a more focused plan towards growth, with the same dedication to craftsmanship, quality, and positive client relations. At M Denis Construction we feel that South Florida and indeed the whole state of Florida is a great place to live and work. We see the growth potential of the region and we want to be part of that growth. Concentrating our team on commercial projects and the luxury residential market, we plan to service the state of Florida for many years to come. Our goal is to develop solid relationships that last a lifetime with our clients.
