La MEC ad Asolo ha radici profonde, ormai da tre generazioni. L’attività è iniziata nel secondo dopoguerra con il nonno, è continuata con mio padre, e nel 2009 sono arrivato io. L’azienda si occupa di carpenteria metallica di precisione, e in particolare di lavorazione lamiera. In questi anni siamo cresciuti molto, abbiamo raddoppiato l’organico e ampliato il ventaglio di lavorazioni. Ma non ci sediamo sugli allori, cerchiamo sempre di migliorare. Crescere non è sempre indolore, bisogna essere pronti a modificare la propria routine, adottare nuove tecnologie e a passare a ruoli diversi da quelli a cui si era abituati.
