MJB Engineering (Essex) Ltd specialise in the welding and fabrication of a variety of metals, for many industries. We operate a well-equipped fabrication shop in Brentwood, Essex but also carry out on-site welding, maintenance and repair in London and the South East. We are certified to BS EN 9606-1 for welding steel alloys. We have a range of procedures on hand to cover most welding project requirements but are always willing to get further accreditation if required. We also carry out welding on stainless steel, aluminium, magnesium, nickel alloys and titanium. We operate the highest quality welding equipment available to ensure quality, consistent welds. This includes SpeedPulse & TwinPulse GMAW. We can carry out all aspects of repair and maintenance to conveyors, crushers, hammer mills and associated machinery. This includes the installation of wear plates and hard facing. We work closely with leading suppliers such as SSAB and Welding Alloys to provide proven, cost effective and time efficient solutions. We are happy to supply hardfacing samples and NDT analysis of hardness & CVN toughness.
