About M&M Architecten
M&M Architecten is a small and young architecture firm based in the Dutch city of The Hague. We specialize in transforming old disused buildings, such as schools and offices, into custom designed housing. We also help home owners to upgrade their existing houses by renovation or extension. The firm was founded by Myrthe Elise van Voskuijlen and Marc Geers who combine their specialities of Housing and Interior design to create beautiful, pleasant and usefull spaces, because at M&M Architecten we want to provide people with homes instead of houses. Our projects include transforming seven classrooms into houses at the Stortenbekerstraat in The Hague, extending a so-called Lego House in Dordrecht and renovating a bungalow in Bauhaus style in the south of the Netherlands. We also designed the new interior for the espressobar Dishy at the Noordeinde and the Italian tavern Sapore located in the City Hall of The Hague.
