About M & M Home Care

M & M Home Care provides very specialized care to Michigan Auto No-Fault and Worker’s Comp cases. We can provide care to those patients with catastrophic injuries including a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) or Spinal Cord Injury (SCI). We offer a full and comprehensive range of TBI, SCI care as well as other services to those individuals most in need. These services include: - Skilled care by experienced RNs & LPNs - Professional Attendant Care - Occupational Therapy - Home Modification Assessments - Physical Therapy - In Home Massage Therapy - Speech Therapy - Wound Care - Infusion Therapy - Dietary Consults - Private Duty / Companion Care Services Our Small Team approach pairs each patient with a select, consistent team of caregivers based on a variety of factors with the ultimate goal being continuity of care. This approach readily identifies changes in patient behavior and care staff are more likely to notice slight changes in a patient's health which, in turn, can prevent escalation of more serious health problems. Every patient is assessed by a Registered Nurse prior to the Start of Care. We then create a customized Plan of Care (POC) specific to the patient's needs.
