M & M was started in 1978 to assist a local mining company in starting a limestone operation. • Since then M&M has provided the local mining industry with the ability to obtain industrial mining permits for Sand and Gravel, Limestone, Clay and incidental coal permits. To date M&M has obtained and serviced over 35 Mining permits. • Also with the mining permits, there are Air Permits, Water (NPDES) permits that may have to be obtained when necessary. M&M is connected to OEPA for electronic reporting of NPDES reports. • M & M also has MSHA Safety expertise. • M&M offers the ability to pre-inspect, monitor your mining operation and bring it up to MSHA standards.
