We provide professional HOA property management services in the Marlton, and surrounding, South Jersey areas. However, we do "things" different than most property management companies by customizing our services to fit YOUR needs. There are no "cookie cutter" approaches with us. We work with current Board members to first identify the areas that require immediate attention, and then develop an agreed upon plan to accomplish these goals in an efficient, creative, and cost effective way. And we don't stop there. We also cater to the residents of each community. Most of the time when a resident calls, they get to talk directly to a person. In those rare occasions when they are not able to connect with a live person and must leave a message, return calls are made within 24 to 48 MINUTES (including after hours and weekends); not 24 to 48 hours like most property management companies. We pride ourselves in customer service; whether it's a Board member, a resident, or a vendor. This is just one of many reasons why our business cards say "Ask up why we're different." Our business started because we were first time residents in an HOA community and we were not happy with the way things were run. That lead to joining the Board and revamping everything from top to bottom. The results were better services, a happier community & Board, and LOWER association dues. As time went on, it was a natural fit for us to form M&M Property Solutions LLC so that we could share our successes with other HOA communities in the area. We want to see it done right, period.
