m Strategic Partners was launched in 2013 with the goal of creating a very different type of program management firm in the design and construction industry – a firm that redefined program management. As a Houston-based company, m Strategic Partners combines its expertise in architecture, engineering and construction to enable clients to deliver high-quality projects with predictable outcomes. With more than 30 years of experience, m Strategic Partners understands the value of managing and improving on the program quality, schedule and budget by creating a collaborative and transparent project team environment. On each project our goal is to build strong relationships between owners and project teams, eliminating project barriers and facilitating the flow of critical information and activities. In addition to program management, we bring together a team of senior energy management professionals to guide facility owners and engineers toward the successful implementation of an energy management strategy. We align our client’s energy savings goals through responsible reduction of energy consumption across all facilities and complex building types in each of our focused market sectors. We focus our efforts in the healthcare, research, energy, higher education and mission critical markets. More importantly, we focus our efforts in working on complex project types with the opportunity to build a strategic relationship with our owners.
