M4P is a Norwegian company providing project management, innovation and coaching at the client's location and in accordance with the client's internal procedures and quality assurance system. M4P has a broad project management experience from aluminium, automotive and Oil&Gas. The technical fields represent innovation, design for manufacturing, process optimisation and customer/supplier contract with contract negotiation. M4P is used to work in matrix organisations ensuring the right competence and alignment of all team members as well as keeping the management updated on progress. M4P can go into your company and be dedicated to managing and executing projects fast saving the management team to the daily operation. M4P can also execute projects if you need temporarily to increase capacity. Project Management M4P provides project management. Main strength are complicated projects like development of new technology, new products or new processes. M4P secure fast project execution using time in the initiation phase where customer needs, requirements and test acceptance criteria before planning and executing the project. Only when the project has been properly defined, the planning and execution starts. M4P offer to support with customer and/or supplier contact, contact to authorities, contract negotiations, as well as product and process development. All products are to be produced and importance is to design for robust processes. This minimises waste and increases profit. Coaching Sometimes we do not perform optimally. We know we have the skills to it better and it is like “It is on the tip of my tongue”. Coaching is to help persons getting the skills from the tip of the tongue to actions and thereby back on performance. M4P has experience in coaching both individuals as well as teams.
