At Scoop, the largest enterprise carpooling network, Michael served as VP of Operations from Series A through Series C, orchestrating the company's critical Marketplace, Customer Onboarding, Business Operations, and Partnership functions prior to its acquisition by Spacer Technologies. Most recently as General Manager and VP of Go-to-Market at Flex Index, the leading authority in flexible work, Michael spearheaded the product journey from concept to commercialization, overseeing all aspects of pricing, packaging, sales strategy, and customer experience.
