Maame is a technology-based maternal health non-profit. We build a multi-platform mobile app enabling health workers in rural Africa (currently focusing on Ghana) to help women receive necessary pre- and postnatal care to reduce maternal mortality rates. Our team has been awarded over $12K through 6+ BYU social impact product competitions. Our app won 2nd at BYU Rollins Center App Competition out of 15 teams and was selected as the best overall mobile application.
