About Maara
We built our company as a result of our clients' continuing frustrations with the recruitment services that they were offered and so set out to do things differently, not just to be different but to make it better. We combine extensive skills in people, consultancy, business strategy and sales in our approach as recruitment partners. We spend time really getting to know our clients, what makes them different/unique/them, in order to find the right candidates for them. We start every search from scratch, hunting out the right people not just scrolling through a database of CV's. We get to know our candidates, who they are, what they are looking for, their future goals to make sure that they will fit the team not only now but in the future as well. We put in huge amounts of time and effort so that our clients don't have to. It's a process which works and our continued success rate shows that.
