About Mac's Truck Sales
Mac's Truck Sales Ltd was founded in 1973 by it's present owner, Alec McDade. It remains one of the largest family owned truck sales establishments in the UK today - specialising in the selling of both new and used vehicles. As well as general commercial vehicle sales, MACS can also offer an amalgam of other services; utilising a state of the art workshop we are able to offer a wide range of body shop services like stretching, crane fitting, modifications and servicing. In aid of providing our customers with a one stop shop, we also offer paint shop and sign writing services. One of the areas in which we excel is truck mounted cranes and crafting specialist bodies for the plant and container industries. We have built a reputation of stocking not only these vehicles, but also, cheese wedge and beaver tail lifts. To broaden our available range, we began to diversify into the field of furniture bodies. Whether it be a 30ft 5 container body with sleeper pods down to 7.5 tonnes with no side doors, we are abl The conversions of a box van to a curtain-sider has proved a popular request among our customers. Each truck is crafted with meticulous care, which can then be personalised with your company colours and livery. Over the years, we have accommodated the needs of many customers, through a combination of hard work and ingenuity. We pride ourselves in maintaining good customer relations and as a result seen a relationship that transcends from a first sale to in some cases, decades later.
