The 'pièce de résistance' of his training was a macarons master course at Ecole Lenôtre in France. Our macarons are made with premium ingredients to ensure a consistent, high quality, and we often collaborate with local businesses to create unique seasonal flavors. We have partnered with Rhinegeist Brewery, Maverick Chocolate Co., Deeper Roots Coffee, Millie’s Homemade Ice Cream, and more. Our flavors range from more traditional options — Dark Chocolate, Earl Grey Tea, Madagascar Vanilla, Pistachio, Salted Caramel, and Toasted Coconut — to fun flavors such as Birthday Cake, Mimosa, and Cinnamon Roll.
