About Madden Building Consultancy
Proud and excited to finally launch my own bespoke, commercial firm MADDEN BUILDING CONSULTANCY, something I should have done a long time ago. Madden BC’s focus will be traditional building surveying, project management and cost advice services with a focus on what I’ve done expertly for over 20 years TRANSACTIONAL (pre-acquisition and development monitoring), LEASE EVENT (dilapidations and schedule of condition), PROJECTS (PM, Monitoring and cost and budgetary advice) and other specialist services including insurance valuations, Planned Maintenance Schedules etc. I’m very passionate about Building Surveying and looking forward to having more focus and time being on the tools doing what I love, adding value to clients investments with a relationship driven and personal approach, providing expert yet flexible services.
