MadeIn Rail, a company dedicated to addressing the gender inequality within the rail industry, is proud to offer a range of services, including track force protection coordinators and associated labour services. We specialize in assembling highly skilled teams to deliver operational and maintenance services tailored to the unique needs of the rail sector. Our approach places a strong emphasis on safety, training, company culture, values, and adherence to industry regulations. We will prioritize employee engagement and consistently deliver operational enhancements, flexibility, and outstanding customer satisfaction. Research consistently demonstrates that workplace diversity drives improved productivity, performance, innovation, and the development of better solutions. Drawing from my own experience as a professional with seven years in the rail industry, I've observed that while some changes have been implemented, they often appear to serve the purpose of meeting specific KPIs required to secure contracts, rather than addressing the gender bias that still exists in the industry. With this in mind, and with the goal of ensuring that Women in Rail are not an afterthought for some rail companies, I founded MadeIn Rail. MadeIn Rail's mission is to refocus the industry's attention on this critical issue and create new opportunities for women to establish and advance their careers within the rail sector. Our vision is to see an inclusive and diverse industry where barriers to entry are eliminated, and the rail sector is acknowledged as an employer of choice for women.
