About Madison Park Healthcare
Madison Park Healthcare is a retirement community continuing the tradition and excellence of care started by the Foster Memorial Foundation. The Foster Foundation was created in the early 1920s as a result of the bequest of Bradley Waters Foster, an early and generous supporter of the city of Huntington. Mr. Foster desired to build and maintain a home for elderly women in memory of his own beloved wife. Thus, the gracious building at 700 Madison Avenue was conceived and built. The mission and decades-long tradition of caring for seniors that Mr. Foster had desired are still evident at Madison Park today. Our comprehensive care includes 24 hour medical services by our licensed nursing staff. As well as professional staff specializing in the following services: Physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, respiratory therapy, hospice care, and specialized dietary programs.
